The 28-year-old model already has two girls, Lilly-Ella, seven, and Lexie, five, with Steven Gerrard.
She told OK! magazine: "It wasn't planned at all! But me and Steven are over the moon."
She said that the pregnancy had made the couple "closer", and that her husband had whisked her off to Dubai and got her "a very nice present".
The Wag said that she only suspected she might be expecting when her gym trainer said to her: "'My God, your boobs look massive today!' That's when the penny dropped," she said.
After taking a pregnancy test she "phoned Steven immediately, who was in pure shock....It wasn't planned, we were quite happy as we were, the kids are quite independent now so it was nice doing my own thing!"
Gerrard, who is almost four months pregnant, said they would not find out the sex of the child, adding: "It'd be nice to have a boy but we're not bothered."
Keeping up appearances is high on the list of priorities for football WAGs, so it's unsurprising to see Steven Gerrard's wife Alex Curran carrying a box of Sea Kelp diet pills.
However, the 27-year-old could be setting a bad example to young women by purchasing the pills which have been blasted by health experts.
