Kim Kardashian has amended her original claim that she’s all natural – now she says she’s only had a little botox.

In an interview with Nightline, the 29-year-old reality star says she had a little cosmetic injection (or twenty), but that’s where it ends.

“I’m not totally against plastic surgery,” she said. “I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done.”

And while these days it seems everyone over the age of 12 has had a little nip and tuck, Kim’s admission seems a tad underwhelming.

It’s hard not to question her these days, as the star looks slightly, um, different, than she did when she first began her career in the public eye.

“I’ve never had my nose done,” she adds. “What’s funny about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done. ‘I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn’t – I wouldn’t look the same.”

Kim’s big sister Kourtney said she is happy to admit that she has had breast implants, adding that they have grown significantly since giving birth to her son Mason.

But while the stars say they don’t regret living life in the public eye, mom Kris Jenner says she does regret allowing pre-teen daughters Kendal and Kylie, then nine and 11, to reenact “Girls Gone Wild” (owned by family friend Joe Francis) and dance around the mom’s stripper pole.

“It was a new exercise thing,” Jenner says of pole dancing. “But she didn’t get on like I’m a stripper and I’m gonna practice.”

“To see it that way and to view it the way that viewers saw it, it would be totally irresponsible, but to see it the way that it happened, that was the way it was edited.”

Jenner is an executive producer on the show.

She just returned to Los Angeles from her romantic holiday in Puerto Vallarta with boyfriend Reggie Bush on Sunday. And Kim Kardashian is proving to the world that she doesn’t need makeup to look fabulous.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” babe was spotted in a Beverly Hills basement parking lot yesterday sporting some sports attire and an au natural complexion.From there, Kim met up with a gal pal and headed out to a swanky lunch, chatting away at a mile a minute, and texting up a storm on her mobile phone.

And it seems that Kardashian still isn’t over the whole “cottage cheese in a garbage bag” comment made by Paris Hilton pertaining to her full-figured derriere.

Reportedly, Kim scored some exclusive Ed Hardy gear on her Mexican getaway, and inked a deal that would prevent Hardy from giving any clothes to the hotel heiress.
An insider revealed, "She called paparazzi and tipped them off and she'll be wearing Ed Hardy clothes. But she tried to get them to promise that they wouldn't give any more clothes to Paris."
