Agyness Deyn is an English model and band vocalist. Agyness Deyn began working at the age of 13 by serving in a fish and chips shop in Ramsbottom, England. Three years later, Agyness Deyn bagged the top prize at the Rossendale Free Press “Face of ‘99” contest, and soon Agyness Deyn found herself working in a fast-food restaurant and in a bar in London, while at the same time she studied music and drama at a Hull-based college.

While in college, Agyness Deyn was discovered by a modeling scout while enjoying a shopping spree with fashion designer Henry Holland in Kentish Town, London. Not long after Agyness Deyn signed up with SELECT modeling agency. At present she is under Models 1 in the United Kingdom.

In May 2007, Agyness Deyn was featured on the front cover of Vogue USA. Agyness Deyn shared the page along with fellow models such as Doutzen Kroes, Raquel Zimmermann, Sasha Pavovarova, Coco Rocha, Hilary Rhoda, Caroline Trentini, Jessica Stam, Lily Donaldson and Chanel Iman, and they were branded as the new batch of supermodels.

Aside from Vogue, Agyness Deyn also appeared on the covers of Observer Woman, Sunday Times Style, Grazia, Pop, Style & Life, Vogue Italia and other international magazines. Agynes Deyn also became an image model for various brands such as Anna Sui, Blugirl by Blumarine, Gianfranco Ferre, Cacharel, Burberry, Maison Gilfy, Moussy, Giorgio Armani, Shiseido, Mulberry, Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood and Reebok.

Agyness Deyn is also the endorser of various designer fragrances, including The Beat by Burberry, Gold by Giles Deacon at New Look, and Ma Dame by Jean Paul Gautier.

In 2008, Agyness Deyn became a guest editor for the magazine i-D. Among her duties included writing articles about herself and conducting interviews with the prominent personalities in the fashion world, such as Vivienne Westwood.

In 2009, Agyness Deyn hired an acting agent to kick start a career in acting in British independent movies.

The softer look also seemed a far cry from when she catapulted to fame in 2008 with a cropped pixie cut and her rebellious streak, dating musician Josh Hubbard of The Paddingtons for four years.

She spruced up the outfit with a playful yellow clutch bag, soft make-up and a fringe sweeping across her forehead.
